In 2021 we received two awards from the International Home Staging Professionals. We were recognized for Client Care and Excellence and Staging Excellence.
Staging is not only the furnishings, it goes much much deeper. Our specialty lies in fixing properties to get TOP DOLLAR and then staging them to push the sale price over the top. Our homes average 14.5% over list price and one home even went for $1,000,000 over asking. Wow!
