I’m thrilled to share that I earned my certification as a Short Term Rental Stylist through Staging Studio! This specialized training has equipped me with the tools and insights to elevate short term rental (STR) properties, otherwise know as vacation rentals, into unforgettable guest experiences.
Why does this matter? Studies consistently show that beautifully designed vacation rentals are more successful: they’re occupied more frequently and earn significantly higher nightly rates. In fact, Vacation rentals, or short term rentals, with professional staging can earn up to 20% more per night and have up to 40% higher occupancy rates compared to their unstaged counterparts. As an interior designer and home stager, we make sure that the design and the staging of each project is beautiful, memorable and comfortable for its guests.
